Tonight and tomorrow night will be a big day for me... coz the Church Muscial is offical opened. Got alot of good review during the preview on Sun. The audience was being touched. Many were crying till their eyes were so red. What a sight~!

The casts and I are praying that the whole sanctuary will be filled. And I hope they will also come to know to the Lord through this musical~! I am high-spirited now.To God be the glory~!

She was commenting abt Riverwind's comment abt me being a gentleman... Actually, it's a matter of whether the guys would take the take time and effort to present himself well towards the opposite gender. Sadly, in S'pore there are not many. Buck up guys... This will win you some few points from the ladies. However, do it with sincerity and grace.

The pics are out for the recording studio!!! The equipments that were used in the studio was sophisticated. The whole place was very artistic decorated. The vase of white roses were beautiful and the toilet seat was uniquely replaced.
Managed to ask one of cast to take a photo of the 2 leading men in the musical and me. However, the pic din turn out well. Well, it’s ok. They artistically portrayed the characters in the musical… both of them are charming in their own individual manner.
Group 1 and 2 of the casts were recording their part of their songs.

An article I received from a friend:

In Phoenix, AZ. A 26-year-old mother stared down at her son who was dying of terminal leukaemia.

Although her heart was filled with sadness, she also had a strong feeling of determination. Like any parent she wanted her son to grow up and fulfil all his dreams.

Now that was no longer possible. The leukaemia would see to that. But she still wanted her son's dreams to come true.

She took her son's hand and asked, "Billy, did you ever think about what you wanted to be once you grow up? Did you ever dream and wish what you would do with your life?"

"Mommy, I always wanted to be a fireman when I grew up." Mom smiled back and said, "Let's see if we can make your wish come true."

Later that day she went to her local fire department in Phoenix, Arizona, where she met Fireman Bob, who had a heart as big as Phoenix. She explained her son's final wish and asked if it might be possible to give her six-year-old son a ride around the block on a
fire engine.

Fireman Bob said, "Look, we can do better than that. If you'll have your son ready at seven o'clock Wednesday morning, we'll make him an honorary fireman for the whole day. He can come down to the fire station, eat with us, go out all the fire calls, the whole
nine yards! And if you'll give us his sizes, we'll get a real fire uniform for him, with a real fire hat-not a toy one-with the emblem of the Phoenix Fire Department on it, a yellow slicker like we wear and rubber boots. They're all manufactured right here in Phoenix, so
we can get them fast."

Three days later Fireman Bob picked up Billy, dressed him in his fire uniform and escorted him from his hospital bed to the waiting hook and ladder truck. Billy got to sit on the back of the truck and help steer it back to the fire station. He was in heaven.

There were three fire calls in Phoenix that day and Billy got to go out on all three calls. He rode in the different fire engines, the paramedic's van, and even the fire chief's car. He was also videotaped for the local news program. Having his dream come true,
with all the love and attention that was lavished upon him, so deeply touched Billy that he lived three months longer than any doctor thought possible.

One night all of his vital signs began to drop dramatically and the head nurse, who believed in the hospice concept that no one could die alone, began to call the family members to the hospital. Then she remembered the day Billy had spent as a fireman, so she called the Fire Chief and asked if it would be possible to send a fireman in uniform to the hospital to be with Billy as he made his transition.
The chief replied, "We can do better than that. We'll be there in five minutes. Will you please do me a favour? When you hear the sirens screaming and see the lights flashing, will you announce over the PA system that there is not a fire? It's just the fire department coming to see one of its finest members one more time. And will you open the window to his room?"

About five minutes later a hook and ladder truck arrived at the hospital and extended its ladder up to Billy's third floor open window. Sixteen fire-fighters climbed up the ladder into Billy's room. With his mother's permission, they hugged him and held him and told him how much they loved him.

With his dying breath, Billy looked up at the fire chief and said, "Chief, am I really a fireman now?"

"Billy, you are, and the Head Chief, Jesus, is holding your hand," the chief said.

With those words, Billy smiled and said, "I know, He's been holding my hand all day, and the angels have been singing." He closed his eyes one last time.

What do you do when someone start spreading rumours of you like wild fire? I simply ignore those comments. It made me feel that person is so childish and lack of depth. GROW UP! If the person is a lady, I'll be very turn off by her even if she is one physically attractive lady. In S'pore term, we called her 'Chio bu'. This kind of people are the very people whom I can't stand or tolerant. Can't handle things like an adult. These kind of people I will be very wary of. 'Coz you never know when he/she will come stabbing you from behind.

Speaking about the devil, the person just walked passed me... Argh~! Apologised for such strong statements. When I made statements of these, it really means it's getting into my nerves. Normally, I will be easy-going towards most of the things. I guess I'm a person who can't tolerant certain untrue remarks made by people who involve other party. I can accept any kind of remarks thrown at me... if you, however, made a comment when I know it's either not true or destructive to any of my close friends, someone I respect or my dad. Do expect a piece of mind from me.


On a lighter note, today is the last day of the week. I had completed most of my work for the week. What a tiring week. Was down for voice training on Tues... rush home to catch my rest straight after that. Tonight will be down in church to rehearsal the dance step for the finale. 3 more weeks to the Chirstmas Musical. I'm excited.

It's Friday again... How time flies when you are so busy. Didn't manage to reflect on my life for the past 5 days. Being busy working and going down to church for the Christmas Musical after work. Thus, the lack of update on my blog.

The coming weeks before the musical will be even worse. Especially next week, I have to be down for rehearsal on Mon, Tue, Thur, Sat and Sun. Initially, wanted to take leave on Thur so that I can attend the youth camp. However, my leave wasn't approved. Argh...~!
Although Fri is a public holiday, I am not taking a break instead I will be down at the youth camp till Sat afternoon. Immediately, rush down to church for rehearsal. I don't think I can it by my own strength. Hence, I am reminded by this verse from the Bible.

Philippians 4:13 - I can do everything through Him who gives me strength.

By the way, anyone down at Suntec? There are many nice decors there... my balloons shaped-like stars were hung on the ceilings. Balloons of purple and sliver colored were also hung up. Quite a pleasant sight. I was down at Orchard yesterday to purchase a tie, I noticed the light bulbs flashing down the whole stretch of Orchard Road. They remained me of the stars in the sky twinkling. Christmas is drawing near. A little baby boy, Jesus was born in a manger. Personally, Christmas is the day when my Lord Jesus came to earth to bring Good News to the people in the world.

In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world. (This was the first census that took place while Quirinius was governor of Syria.) And everyone went to his own town to register.
So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David. He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child. While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger."
Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,
"Glory to God in the highest,
and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests."
When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, "Let's go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about."

When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told.

Another wk had past. 2 1plus more hour and I will be out of my office, to attend my church monthly Pray and Praise.

Tomorrow, I will be having a packed day. I will be attending Shermeen's wedding. She one of the earliest one to get married from my peers. The last time I recalled was she was still this 'blur blur' JC gal struggling between studies and ministry. Now, she is going to be married to this wonderful man. And she is only 24 year old... Wow~! Pretty young.

Her invitation came as a pleasant surprise. It was a month back when I received this sms "I'm getting married on 23rd Nov, are you free to attend? For a moment, I thought I received a wrong sms. I verified with the sender and confirmed it was from the Shermeen I knew 6 years ago. A sister in Christ whom I lost contact when she entered into the University while I still in the Polytechnic. I felt privileged to be invited to her wedding though I barely knew her.

Out of sudden, I remembered she might have lost contact wif alot of us when she moved over to Uni. With her consent, I helped to coordinate with the rest of the gang who she knew. It turned out that there were 8 of us whom she had no contacts wif. Hence, sent out emails to inform the group... everyone was trilled to know her wedding.

Tomorrow, I was be rushing from one place to another. Halfway, through the I need to go off to take my powerboat theory test. Then I will rush back to the wedding again. I think I need to tone down further... Always so busy.

Was interrupted awhile ago to have a durian feast by my colleague. The durians weren't up to standard. Must go to Geylang to have the Sultan, D24... etc. (Burp...~! Excused me of my rudness) Better go and brush my teeth... don't want to go to church and caused people to faint by my durian breath(Evil laughters~!)

Stealing some time from my work to blog. Just completed some of my work.

Some updates of what happened yesterday.

Part 1
Went down to meet up wif Tanya to collect another bag for one of my gal friends. The time round I wasn't so rush. I was late coz I wasn't riding these days. It's too dangerous to ride when it rained so heavily the past few days. Before meeting her, went over to Deli France to get her a chocolate pastry. Must reward her for wrapping up the gift and travelling all the way from her home to meet me.

Managed to strike up a little chat with her. Topics revolved a little bit abt her life and mine.

Got seet the design of the bag physically. The fabric used was very chic. This lady is very detail-minded even a wrong knot tied she bothered to make it right. Praise God for this lady. I went off to meet up with my old friends once she was done. While going down the escalator, I realised I didn't pay her for the purchase of the bag. (Forgetful me~!)

Quickly, called her on her mobile to ask for her whereabout. She was still at the same spot admiring the decors and a sparkling lightings hung on the trees in Orchard. I apologised for my forgetfulness. She told me she didn't even realise I didn't pay her. Even if she did she wouldn't mind to give it to me for free because of our friendship.(I'm touched by her kind words~!) I, however, still stick to my principle. Business is business, if you want to repay my friendship treat me to a cup of coffee or a meal will be good enuff.

Part 2
Meet up with my old friends for dinner to welcome back, Darren from his studies in Monsah Uni. All of us had being friends since secondary one. Which is coming to 12 years. One of them was my primary classmate, we knew each other for 16 years. How many of you have friends more than 10 years?

Anyway, we had our dinner at the hawker centre near my place. Good choice. 'Coz the place where I stayed is a food paradise. There are at least 5 Kopitiams and 1 hawker centre at the radius of 200m. Everything here is so convenient. We ordered a spring chicken and some other food to share. I had my hokkien mee while the rest had other very delicious dishes to indulge in.(Burp~! Sorry for my rudness.) Everyone of us are doing quite well on our each individual life.

Oh another good news was Jack got his licence recently. He passed the Traffic Police test the 1st time round. He was also the 1st in the family to be able to drive. Well done, Jack~! Btw, he is also a very handsome guy, has a well-toned body, a swing bachelor.(Any takers? Laughs.) He is consisting getting a 2nd hand car, either Honda or Nissan. Downpayment will be paid by her mum, the rest of the installment he will pay himself. Wow, one lucky guy.

Leaving the two of the five of us still not having any licence. Jun is still too busy to even bother to get his Basic Theory. All of us agreed in unison that he should at least go and obtain his Basic Theory. You never know one day, S'pore may impose new rules that basic theory is valid for 2 years like Advance Theory, Jun was still in his 'bochap' mode... his normal operating mode.(Haiz~!)

Heading to Mac to have our little dessert. I had my all time fav, pineapple pie. Continue our conversation... don't know how come our conversation leaded to 'Sugar Mummy' blah blah blah. Peter commented that he don't mind having one. My God~!(Hello... are you sure?) I told them I was being approached by a more matured lady to be her 'Sugar Boy'. Jack and Darren were startled. While Peter said that I was one lucky guy. Yeah rite... *Shake head* I told under the influence of alcohol and poor visibility, I think the lady approached me. Btw, the lady who approached me was not some old tai tai. She was quite well-dressed and good figured. If I am older than she is, I would have befriend her.(Nah~! I don't think so.)

All of us had a good laugh over the incident. Though Jun was quite mum over this topic. Good thing, I didn't go further to recollect my encounter with a gay approaching me. (I had such interesting life~! Laughs!) Or else I will be the centre of laughters.

The last 2 dayz of power craft course was tremedously exciting. For a person who had experience with driving and riding... it's a totally new experience.

Everyone of us there are all inexperience batch. The age range from maybe 19 to 40plus... all came to learn with different motives but a common goal. Our instructor was Major David. He is a very joyous and friendly guy. He made the whole lesson less boring... Day 1(Yesterday), I learnt abt the Nautical Terms, Equipment, Mechanical & Electrical Equipement, Regulations for Preveting Collisions at Sea, Pleasure Craft Regulations and Singapore Port Regulations.

And all of these are covered in 3~4 months in the Navy. He covered it in 5 hrs of lecture. God~! Somemore, we are equally taught as the sailors. Oh l learned a term which it was very interesting. In the Navy, they refered 'Vessel' as 'Her' or 'She'. Thus, those people male counterparts called themselves, 'Gentlemen'. Isn't it funny. Haiz, how come the Navy din want me 3yrs ago when I wanted to be Navy officer. Or else, I will be a gentleman.(Stupid~!)

In the afternoon, it was pouring cats and dogs. Furthermore, there was lighting. Most of us thought, it was gone case. We can't have our practical. However, it stopped later on in the late afternoon. Because of that we were a hr behind the schedule. Nevertheless, we are still excited that we can still drive the boat. Our instructor for the boat was Major Ong, he was a very patience and funny guy. Though he had retired from the Navy, he still loves the sea. We learnt how to perform rescue for 'Man Overboard'. parking our boat from 'Port Side' and 'Starboard Side'. For me, blessed with knowing how to ride and drive it was quite easy. It required me to have a very good sense of direction... five of us took turns to perform the required lesson. I must say all of us were quite competent. Even for the two ladies on board. After the evening approached, I had the opportunity to park the boat back to the starting bay. It was pretty cool.

Day 2(Today), I learnt abt Charts, Buoys, Beacons & Lighthouses Emergencies and the Hints for Exams. It not easy to read the maps or charts of the Navigation. There were so many things I needed to know. Eg. calculating the longitude and latitude. reconigisng the symbols in the seas.... blah blah blah... it was coverd in the Navy for another 4~5 mths.

In the afternoon, I had to do the revision of yesterday's practical in the test area. It was easy trying to park the boat when the wave and wind is going against your direction. Major David gave me and the rest of the crew some very impt pointers. It really helped us alot. When all of us finished our practical training. We heard for our starting bay. Ha ha~! I got the opportunity to park the boat again. This time rd, I was more competent compared to yesterday nite.

After taking our 5 mins break, we headed to a bigger vessel which will take us to round Seletar Island. Boy~! The vessels were really powerful. We were racing at 18 knots per hr. The feeling of wind blowing across my face was so shiok. I enjoyed this kind of feeling coz it reminded me of freedom. Everyone on board rotate to have control over the boat. When my turn came, i was on cloud nine.

Before we returned back to our training center, we had the opportiunity to stop by a Kelong.The people in the kelong had simple lifestyle. Not like city-landers, who had to worry abt the daily necessarities of life here. We had some coffee prepared by the owner. The coffee was very well brewed.

We bidded the owner goodbye after we toured rd his kelong. The return trip was short. After we alighted from the boat, I headed straight to the admin office to collect my cerf. This cerf however, don't qualify me to drive a speedboat. It only enable me to book my theory test which is next wk. I hoped I can pass the test at one go. Wish me the best~! If I pass, I will be taking my practical test 3~4 wks later.

My whole wk was hectic... Work and after that straight home. Kinda of tired. Before I realised it's already Fri.
Will be down at SAFYC for my powercraft course tomorrow. My wkends are packed. 2 days of 9:30am ~ 7.30pm lessons. I will be down for BBQ at ECP tomorrow to celebrate a sister in Christ birthday. Too bad, I can't stay overnight with them. I guess it good in a way, I can catch up my rest.

Tonight CG, we will be going back to the Word... after a long break of 1 month due to many were having their exams. Hope to be recharged today by God's Word.

Came back not too long ago... Still feeling bloated wif all the good food. Meet wif my old kakis. Or rather, these people were the very ones whom i knew when i was a very young christian. 8 over years had passed us so quickly. We used to be young and innocent secondary, JC students then.

Anyway, we meet at Seah Street Deli(Our usual hangout for several years). It's located in Raffles Hotel if anyone is interested. Quite a lovely plc. After so many years, I still enjoy going there... I guess it's b'coz of service and the many memories created there. Food is good and not very expensive. Ideal for couples or group gathering.

It was enjoyable time of catching up... It's quite amazing... from gd frens to couples. There were two couples in the midst of all of us. Praise God for the four of them. Ling & Qi, Yin & Sheng(Their full names are not mention to protect their identifies)

Ling & Qi gave me a book titled 'He Chose e Nails' by Max Lucado. An excellent author. I strongly recommend christians to read his books. Yu and Ken gave a card each to encourage and wish me 'Happy Birthday' ... Yin, Sheng and Hao treated me to tonite's dinner.

After that, we went to BK instead of the plc suggested by Yu coz some of us were on budget. Sorry ladies to disappoint you maybe next time. Hao went to buy a small cake to celebrate Moi's bday. Good Heaven, when they start singing 'Happy Birthday' song. They were so excited that they actually so loud. The best part is they yelled out my name. Boy~! I sweared the pple in whole BK can hear my NAME. Can you imagine, all the 20plus guys and gals did tat... It's comical~! Ling took a few pics of me. When I looked at the cake, making a bday wish/prayer and blowing of the candle. After I took my 1st bite, a little boy came over our table and wished me 'Happy Birthday'. I was pleasantly surprised. Ling took his pic. His elder bro came over shortly to wished me as well. Too bad din manage to get the elder boy's pic. Kids are God's given angels to man. The two boys ran back to their parents after wishing me. Before they left, their mommy said 'Happy Birthday' to me as well. I was being touched by her. I think she suggested to her two boys to come over to wish me. Then she did the same. Thank God for this lady. I was beyond words. I returned her a big 'Thank You'.

The highlight of the nite was not just my bday but oso Ken's. 'Coz he was recently attached. Poor guy~! Was interrogated by the ladies... What, When, Where, How... I was spared. Ha ha ha~!

Thanks Everyone who had spent ur precious evening wif MOi. Without all of you. My evening will be spent alone like I was in army. 3 lonely yrs of bday in army. Loser~!

I think it's the best bday celebration I had thus so far. Tomolo another rd of celebration wif a wonderful and lovely sister, Ying~! I looking forward to meet her.

My God, the whole week din exercise at all. I think I getting FAT. Okie need to catch some sleep, meetin her tomolo for church service.

Oops forgot to mention someone. Seetoh, thanks for taking time to bake the muffins. They are tasted quite gd though still can't be compared to the ones in the market. I appreciated them, 'coz they are filled wif ur hardwork and love.

Happy Birthday to Myself... One more year old liao. Must be more sensible...

Had a wonderful celebration just now with my CG(Covanant Group) + a guest from another CG, Eve. The whole CG celebrate my CGL and my birthday together. Have a very sumpteous dinner just now. Everyone had different kind of dish. Some Japanese food, some Western food. All of us was so full until our tummies start to come out...(Evil laughters...) Our two sweet sisters went to get the cake while the rest of the guys were busy idling... felt very comfortable in our sitting position. Hey, thanks sisters.

We had to go somewhere else to celebrate the cake coz there was a sign saying "No outside food allowed". Furthermore, pple are waiting to get seats. We found one corner of Jurong pt where there is this store which do Wax-hand service. Anyway, the whole group of them(CG) sang the 'Happy Birthday' song. It was so embarssing wif everyone there looking at both Josh and me. It's a good thing I got Josh to accompany me if not... I wouldn't know where to bury my head.

Eve and Jas were such wonderful sisters. They helped to cut and distribute the cakes. However, there was a little accident. Eve dropped a lump of cream onto our dear bday boy, Josh. Thanked God, it wasn't a hugh lump or else Josh would have to wash his pants.

Then Eric suggested Josh and me to go for the Wax-service. I did the mould of a pair of prayer hands while Josh did the fists mould. I regretted abit on the color of the base. I should have choose blue instead of yellow. Well, what is done cannot be undone. I still like my mould.

Thanks Eric for such a unique piece of present. I will rememeber it.

Thanks everyone for tonight. It had being a wonderful evening. It had been a long time since I actually celebrated my bday. All of you are like angels God bestowed upon me. I thanked God for your love and encouragement to my life.

I will post the pics once I finished download them.

Will be going out to meet another fren for supper... Wow, this wk had being really bad. Little exercise, alot of food taken...

The chalet was superb... We had a Ra ra session of ice-breakers... played games like 'Tazan, Jane, Gorilla' Had a hilralous time. It's really comical to see how pple did e actions. The other games was 'Running Scissor, Paper and Stone' Kinda of fun see pple running around from pt to pt challenging each other.

At 2pm we checked into our chalet B5. The chalet was rather small to accomdate 20 over of us but we weren't bother by it. Initially, Jeff was rather bother by the space contraint coz KY will be here to lead us into a time of worship and exaltation to our Lord. Jeff's worry wasn't an issue 'coz all of us wasn't affected by the limitation of space. Our focus was to praise and worship God.

KY took a passenge from Matthew 2:1-12 . I was personally, ministered by message and the worship. My spirit was drawn closer to God. I believed my other bros and sisters in Christ to had be ministered. Later in the evening, our BBQ started... The best part abt BBQ is not the food, rather the process of BBQing for pple. Receiving compliements from pple had filled my stomach. I din feel hungry.

The highlight of the nite was a time of mind-teasing games. Anyone knows the game 'Polar Bear'. Those who stayed awake playing the game must had killed alot of brain cells trying to figure to out who were the polar bears.
At 4plus, some of us had already knocked out. While some of us refused to let the nite just slipped away. I think age had caught up wif me, I couldn't stay awake. The moment hit the ground, I was asleep. The next moment, I realised it's 7plus. Was awaked by voices... can't forced myself to sleep when there are pple ard, seeing me sleep in such a pathetic state.

We headed to Mac for our breakfast. Praise God for those pple who went for breakfast. I realised our relationship had moved a step closer. Knowing each other better, will help and enable us to compliment each other's flaws. I really thanked God for the opportunity to know so many pple thru' this chalet.

Heading home straight. Dumped my dirty landuary into the washing machine. Hang them up. Hit the slumberland again. Was awaken by my dad, at 4plus. Had a little chat wif him. Then, knocked out for awhile.

Dad and I went for the salon together, it was a rare occasion. Kinda of funny having both father and son goin to the salon togther. Even the lady boss was surprised by it. Anyway, I had my haircut while dad had his hair washed. Had our dinner after that. I guessed it the man bonding, as I grew older my relationship wif him improved. Maybe, it's b'coz I had grown more mature. I'm sure it also God who had involved Himself into our relationship. Praise be to the Lord Almighty.

There were some pple I would like to thank for making my wkend a fruitful and enjoyable one.

There were just so many pple I'm thankful for... without all of ur fun and laughters the whole event will be a flop. I just can't stop thanking all of u. The last person, I would like to thank is Jesus. Without Him, I would not know all of u and our paths will never crossed.

Manage to deliver my message across today which took me mths to prepare. There were questions that I don't have answers to. I must confessed that I don't have time to really go into details whole topic of Millennium. I think I need to expendite on e topic even more myself. There are still some terms, which I have questions of.
I guess the teens have more question marks in their heads than mine. Coz I was given mths to prepare and read it up... for the sake of bloggers here.... I think I ought to change topic. Hee~!

Enrolled to my powered craft course yesterday... Another to do list strikeout.

Well, tomolo I'll be off to my church chalet. It will be a time of getting to know my casts, backstage crews, blah blah for upcoming Christmas Musical Drama better. Guys, I will not be blogging till Monday. I'm excited of this chalet coz it's being awhile since I am in a chalet...

Rush down today to meet her, to collect her handmade bags. Although I din see the bags physically, I believed and trusted that they were made wif lots of blood, sweat and hearts. Thank you for taking time to wrap them up. I appreciated ur effort and time.

I'm am very impressed by ladies who are talented in either handicrafts or in terms of cooking. I guessed it's b'coz I'm living in S'pore. Most of the ladies, here are juz too busy pursuing other things, rather than those I mentioned earlier. Ladies, dun get me wrong. There is a plc to pursue higher education. I am juz sayin, it will be a bonus if a woman knows how to cook or knit. I find that ladies who are excel in their studies and homemaking very attractive. (A rare jewel in S'pore!)

Her hubby, is truely blessed to have her as a wife. Praise God for the marriage!

One of the bags are meant for my colleague. The other one is for her. Her bday is approaching.

Preparing to obtain my powered craft licence by end of these yr. Call up the SAFYC office in the afternoon, to acquire more detail information abt the course. Realised that I need to plan my time-table well in order to attend the course. After the course, 1 wk later theory test, another wk later practical test. My God, my wkends will be so packed till e end of the yr...

Received a offer letter from SIM Open Uni, informing me that I am being accepted into the course of my selection. My couse will commence in Jan 2003. I'm trilled to know that I will be hitting the bks after 3 yrs of break from NS. Another thing which I am thankful of is I am exempted for 2 modules. Meaning I will saved 3.1K. Hmm... I think I will be ending the Yr 2002 wif a big bang! Yr 2003 will be a even more exciting yr, need to juggle btw work, ministry & studies.

Managed to finish 90% of the message for tis coming Sat. The topic given to me wasn't easy. 'Millennium'. This is some theological study. For someone who never attend Bible College, it's a mouthful topic. I was also buried alive by the thick theological bks. No wonder, the whole topic is covered over a semester in Bible College.

Thankful, I was given 3 mths in advance to prepare the topic. I only intensively prepared in over the mth of Oct. Meetin my leader, KY every wk to show him my 1st, 2nd and final draft. Inquiring everything I don't understand. I'm blessed wif this wonderful leader who had a vast knowledge over this kind theological subject. Without his help, I would be still struggling to with it.

For those who don't understand the term, 'Millennium'. “Millennium refers to the “thousand years” in Rev. 20:4-7.

Revelation 20:1-10

1And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain.
2He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years.

What a day! Was out with the PSMers for almost the whole day.

It's the PSM(Post Secondary Ministry) outing. The program was to have a few session of bowling, continue to dinner and some fellowship before we called it a day.

Initially, we wanted to bowl at Jackie's bowl... but it was a let down. Reason being we had to wait till 6pm to have a line. And we were there at 3pm. 3hrs of waiting, that's absurd! Everyone's spirt was abit diminished but not died. Hence, decide to head down to Leisure Park. There were at least a few choices of recreation. Thk God.

When we reached there, we were able to obtain 2 lanes. That's much better than in Jackie's. I was out of form today. The 2 games which I played din come close to my average score. Despite of that, we had loads of fun and laughters. Well, for what I noe I am not the last few to finish (Evil laughter~!)

Headed down to Suntec for our dinner... Wow, it's crowded. Every restaurant was packed wif pple. Couldn't decide what to eat...(As usual, for a big group.) Thus, Raymond came to the resuce. We had out dinner at Fiesta. One of my favourites, coz it's Japanese Food. We sat outside e restaurant, quite nice. I got to see the 'Fountain of Wealth'. I had my simple Katsudon (Normally, I will eat this.)

After dinner, we went up to level 1 to view the laser display. While e rest of them carried on wif the fellowship. I need to rush off to collect my documents from my colleague. Need to rush thru the paperwork tomolo.

She gave me a gift. Wow, it really extravagant! A Guess watch, I liked it very much. Gonna buy her a gift to thks her in return. Thk God for pple, like her who is so nice to me. Really thk God, for providing such pple into my life.

Oh yeah. Thk FY for organising the whole event. And the rest of e pple who came to outing. Each of you played an impt role in contributing to the outing. Praise God for your presence.

Time for me to hit the sack! Nitez!

Times flies when you are busy wif so many things to do. Haven't being blogging for the last few days... I was tied down wif my work and ministry. Din have much sleep the last few nites. Kinda got sore throat due to lack of sleep.

Finally, manage to finish the powerpt presentation for 2nd Nov. No more stress for the presentation till the actual day.

Manage to catch the movie, 'Below' yesterday wif my colleague. The storyline was rather weak. The 1st one hr, I was still trying to figure out what was it trying to communicate. Towards, the last 45mins I finally understood what the director wants to tell the audience. Those who wants a stronger plot shld opt for 'Red Dragon', at least, it better than 'Below'. Furthermove, Anthony Hopkins was in the movie. Personality, I think he is a very refined actor. He acted tremendously well in 'Slients of the Lamb' and 'Hannibal'.

Anyone keen in joining me for tat movie next wk?

One more hr plus more before I leave office... No program tonite, coz CG was cancelled. Boo Hoo! That is the one of the highlights of the wk. I guess I will be back home watchin 'Zhen Qin' again.

Watched tonite's 'Zhen Qin', Xiaoan really landed himself into too much troubles. He is so undecisive... He needed to coverup himself with lies. One lies lead to another and another...
Just like in reality, when we start to lie abt a particular issue to coverup. One lie will need another bigger lie to cover until the end... it is beyond salvage. Haiz...
What do I learned from the show, is in any kind of relationship, there must be honesty, committment, trust... blah blah blah... the list continues...

Had a simple lunch wif my colleagues in Country Manna. To celebrate Miss S's bday. Haiz din bring my digital cam today. No photos to show. Food was pretty ok... quite cheap for lunch. I had seafood lasagne, this is not meant for pple who don't like the fishy smell coz there is salmons bits and prawns bits. Still prefer the lasagne in Milano, too bad it's closed down.

Thank God for providing these colleagues. Received a bottle of Ralph Lauren Romance vaporisateur from a colleague. It's very nice of her to give me. Thks! Guess, I have to finish using my Gucci Envy first before I use it. It's really a blessing to be able to work in this company. Hope I will be able to learn more things from my work. Ok... goin back to do my work liao.

Finished watching "Zhen Qin", goodness a love triangle plot. Xiaoan was so fortunate... 2 beauties(Joan & Jinjin) in love with him. He, however, wasn't decisive to choose. He want Joan, yet can't part wif Jinjin. Is love really blind? Personally, I think so... for the initial stage. When the romance dies off, reality sink in, we will begin to pin point at the shortcoming. If Xiaoan carrys on in tis, I think he will lose them both.

Relationship is really a bitter, sweet, happy, sad kind of thing... If I am Xiaoan, I will choose Joan. Who will u choose? Joan or Jinjin?

Received gd news from the school which I was previously teaching that my students did very well for their final yr exams. Out of the 40 students, 2 failed. One third scored 60 marks and above. Had a sense of satisfication for seeing them thru' their Sec 1 education.
Though I only taught them for 7mths.

Initial when I took over the resposibility from the relief teacher who created a big mess, I was thinking how could I savage wif all the mess made. Thank God, He enable me to do it.

Having a HOD who is not so demanding also helped me to cope wif the tremendous stress. Ironically when my HOD din give me stress, I was able to produce a good equality piece of work. Most of class tests, was vetted thru once wif very minor corrections. Example, wrong spellings, missing words etc. Even the Mid-Year Exam papers was vetted thru by my HOD wif credit.

Before, I left for my current job I received news tat a female teacher will be taking over my job. I was relieved to know that she is a very responsible teacher from IE. I was right, she got all the energy and enthusiasm. I'm sure the students had benefitted much from her passion for teaching. That why they did so well for their final year exams. Keep up the gd works, Pei Ch**!

Din noe wat happened to my blog last nite. The entire blog was gone... Sianz!

Met up wif Jun & Leong yesterday for dinner at Causeway pt. We went to this Japanese restaurant, Noodle. We had a hearty and enjoyable dinner.

We ordered the Noodle's fried chicken & Tofu wif sweet and sour sauce to share. Jun ordered Yokako Don wif Udon. Leong ordered Japanese curry rice for himself. While I had Katsu Don wif Udon. After, Leong said grace, we digged in. While eating, conversations revolving e upcoming youth camp, e fear & joy of becomin a father(Leong), uncertainity of life, how God will oversee all these etc... were being interacted.

The evening passed quickly, we bidded farewell to each other...
I was glad that I was able to meet up wif these two bros. They had greatly contributed to my christian life over the yrs.

Thanks Jun for being a wonderful buddy over e yrs even though u have ur own shortcomings!
Thanks Leong for being a older bro whose life was being modelled after Jesus. I am encouraged by e way u lived ur life!

Wat a day!
Was in church the whole day... rehearsaling for the musical drama for the mth of Dec. I was trying to remember all the movements. Wow! Din noe that dancing according dance movement choreographied can be so tiring and this is only for one song.

I am give my compliments to the 2 choreographers. They are absolutely talented. I am totally amazed by the well-organized dance pattern. It really brings out the entire scenrio described in the song. My whole body is aching from top to bottom.

The whole casts are gettin better wif their own individual roles. I believed the musical drama will be a success. Not b'coz of the casts but b'coz God is really seeing us thru' the production, more so wif our lives.

Praise God! It's my prayer tat at the end of the production, we will be not only drawn closer wif each other but wif the Almighty.

As usually, I was late for CG coz I need to rush down from work plc
to Jurong Point. Thankfully, I rode so it was fairly long journey.

There were only four of us met up for CG today.
The rest of them were busy wif either their preparation for
exams or project. Life of a student! I will be equally busy once
my course start next yr.

We decided to have our dinner at the foodcourt at 4th level.
We din wait for long for a table even though the whole plc was
crowded wif pple.

Eric and I went to order our food while Jasmina volunteer to wait.
(Thks Jas for doing tat) I appreciate it.

I had my vegetarian economic rice which costed me only $2.60
for 4 dishes. Cheap, cheap compare to other foodcourts ard.

Joshua joined us shortly after all of us had our food laid on the table.
I stole a shot while Jas was saying grace for all of us. Hee~!

After our 'chop chop' dinner, we were off to the supermarket to shop
for some grocery. Before proceeding to Eric's hse.

Joshua took out the Jelly Beans to share wif us. That sweets cost
$15 for a small tin. High class indulgence. There were so many different
kinds of flavours. I din noe tat Jelly Beans can mix and match to create a
new flavour. Example, u mixed peanut butter jelly beans wif blueberry jelly beans
to create peanut butter and jam sandwich(quite a unique taste).
A wrong combination, however, can be fatal(taste horrible).

Eric was worshipping whole-heartedly while Jos was leading the worship.

before we had some sharing and catching up wif one another.

Ended the evening, a step closer to one another and most of all, God.

Had a sumptuous dinner at Fish & Co. I ordered fish & chips for myself
and 1 grilled calamari to share.

Yuli din want to have a complete meal b'coz she will be meetin her mum
later in e evenin at e airport. Her mum flew all the way from country J to
visit her and her siblings.(What a mom!)

We had a wonderful evening catchin up wif each other... recollecting the
gd old days when we younger, her experience back in her home country, my
experience in poly... blah blah.

After our meals, we did some window shoppin before I sent her to the MRT
station.

I came home feeling kinda of exhausted. Gonna sleep early tonite...

It was a very old christian song, which maybe many young christians these days

I particularly find this very meaningful... coz many things in my unstable walk wif e
Lord. There are always qns of Why is like tis, Why is like tat...

Tis song remined me tat I ought to focus on Him rather than circumstances. The
more I focus on the circumstances ard me, the more difficult I would focus upon
Him.

Only when, I focus upon Him, then I will be able have a heart full of singin. Yes,
even the circumstances still remains, but I will not be overwhelmed by it.

Need to go back to camp for reservist briefing(boring... yawns!)
I think the oni hightlight is too catch up wif my old army kakis.
Without these pple, my life in NS will be even more boring.

Thinking back, most if not all, of us are pretty fit and sturdy then. Towards
e end of our NS days, everyone was slacking. Our muscles, yelled to get
fat, refused to workout. Even a short walk to our bunks, we oso need transportation.

What an irony... tot army shld train us to be physically more abled. In the end,
we are worse off compare to e time we enter BMTC.

Enuff of the past... tomolo goin meet up wif these crazy banch pple.

Time to pack up my things and get ready for home.

Went to watch the moive, Tuxedo with 2 of my frens at Orchard Cineleisure.

A five cent worth of comment:
- The storyline was thin
- There wasn't much dangerous stunts compare to Jackie's
previous movie
- The ending was lame
- There quite a no. of funny scene that will make u laugh
- Watch the movie, if u are a big fan of Jackie Chan or Jennifer
Love Hewitt
- Watch the movie, if there wasn't any better show ard

Overall, the show was quite ok for entertainment sake.

Story was told of a woman, Jennifer who heard of a disturbing report abt an increase of depression among women. Leading them to a upswing of alcohlism and reliance on prescription drugs.

She began to question God. The more she thought abt it, e more she felt tt God wanted her to do something.
All she could see, however, were her limitaitons. Her reasons that kept her from action were shyness, fearing of getting involved, lack of time... e list continued.

When she finished e list, she realised it was time to pick up from school. She put on her coat, and reached for her gloves. They were limp and useless - until she slipped her hands inside them. At e instant, she realised that God din want her to think abt her limitation. Rather, He wanted her, just as her gloves became useful when she put her hands into them.
